South Africa: Mother and Daughter Arrested for Murder in Brits

The police in Brits arrested a woman and her daughter for the alleged murder of a 20-year-old man. The incident took place on Wednesday, 14 January 2014 at about 00:00 in Maboloka village near Letlhabile.

According to the information received, the pair with estimated ages of 42 and 29 embarked on a search for a young man whom they accused of running away after stealing building materials from their yard. It is alleged that the two suspects found the victim and assaulted him until he died.
