Liberia: Identifying With Ebola Epicenter - Living Word Church Aid Jenewonde

Monrovia — The Living Word Community Church in collaboration with the International Children's Fund, has donated a consignment of food and medical supplies to two Ebola hit communities in Grand Cape Mount County. Items donated include 75 boxes manna pack of rice, 20, bags of wheat, 10 bags of beans, medical supplies, cloths and crutches amongst others valued at thousands of United States Dollars.

Speaking over the weekend in Jenewonde Town, in the Tewor District, Grand Cape Mount County, the Founder and General Overseer of the Living Word Church Rev Boakai B. Paasewe said the donation is the church's way of identifying with victims of the Ebola virus disease in the county. Rev. Paasewe urged citizens of Grand Cape Mount County to continue to abide by all the Ebola preventive measures despite the continued decline in the number of Ebola cases in Grand Cape Mount County. He used the occasion to call on Liberians to collaborate efforts in the fight against the killer virus.
