Tunisia: Davos Economic Forum - Caïd Essebsi Urges Greater Commitment Towards Tunisia

Tunis — President of the Republic Béji Caïd Essebsi urged  political and economic leaders and businessmen attending Davos to show greater commitment towards Tunisia.

He also invited them to « support the new government in its efforts to carry out reforms and take up major socio-economic challenges, which sparked the 2011 Revolution, at a time when new institutions such as the Presidency of the Republic, the House of People's Representatives and the Government, are being established, » reads a message to the 45th World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, (Jan. 21-24).
