Namibia: Engineer Denies Rape, Admits Sex

A CIVIL engineer accused of raping women in Windhoek and in the Rundu area in 2011 and 2012 claimed in the Windhoek High Court yesterday that he had consensual intercourse with both women.

Epafroditus Ndokotora Unengu (34) made the admission in a written statement that was handed to Judge Christie Liebenberg after he pleaded not guilty to two charges of rape and three counts of attempted murder.
