Ondjiva — At least 48 specialists that work for the Executive Demining Commission in the southern Cunene Province last Saturday, in Ondjiva City, finished an upgrading course that served to reinforce security measures.
The participants in the training programme, which lasted twelve days, were technicians linked to the National Demining Institute (INAD), Armed Forces and National Boarder Police demining brigades.
