Egypt: 20 Football Fans Get Three Years in Prison for Vandalism and Rioting

Cairo — A Cairo misdemeanour court sentenced on Wednesday 20 members of Zamalek Sporting Club's Ultras fan group to three years in prison and a five-thousand Egyptian pound bail for rioting and vandalism.

The 20 defendants were accused of taking part in clashes with security forces at the Cairo International Stadium last March.
