Nigeria: AD Gov Aspirant, Ojora, Alleges Fraud in Choice of Candidate

A GOVERNORSHIP aspirant of the Alliance for Democracy (AD), Dr. Abimbola Ajayi Ojora, has appealed to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to call the party to order over the choice of it's governorship candidate in Lagos State, which she alleged was fraudulently decided, as no primary was held as demanded by the electoral umpire.

However, the State Chairman of AD, Mr. Kola Ajayi, refuted Ojora's claims, stating that a primary was held with the representative of INEC present to testify to the transparency of the process.
