AC Milan and Greece have something in common: each has its foundation shaking.
Before Carlo Ancelotti left the San Siro in 2009, Milan were living large. With the big bucks of the miniature Silvio Berlusconi, they were rocking Europe, winning the Uefa Champions League in 2003 and 2007. Similarly, the Greeks were living lavishly, with heavy government expenditures until they run out of cash following the global recession between 2008 and 2009.
