Prime Minister Ruhakana Rugunda has warned Ugandans against listening opposition politicians, saying they only aim to sabotage constructive government programs.
Rugunda says the opposition can't take Uganda anywhere because they don't have a clear vision for the country. Speaking at a fundraiser at the Seventh Day Adventist church in Kakiika, Mbarara municipality, last week, Rugunda said the NRM had transformed governance in the country.
