More than 38,000 Somali children are at "high risk" of dying from starvation despite hunger levels improving by almost a third across the country, UN experts said Thursday (January 29th).
The assessment comes just over three years since severe drought and war sparked famine in Somalia, killing more than a quarter of a million people, half of them children.
