Nigeria: Ghanaians, Togolese in A'Ibom Acquire PVCs

Uyo — Ghana, Togo and other West Africans resident in Akwa Ibom State said they are in possession of Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) to enable them participate in the forthcoming elections in the state.

The President, Togolese Community in Akwa Ibom, Innocent Keuosseh, disclosed this in Uyo on Wednesday during a stakeholders' forum organised by the state office of Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS).
