FOLLOWING insinuations that the wholesale renovation exercise being embarked by Anchorage Leisures Limited, owners of Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos on the affected hospitality facility may have been done in bad faith, the management has come out to say the move was informed by the need to reposition the five-star hotel for superior service delivery in line with global standards so that its customers would get more value for their money.
It also said that guests had been relocated to suitable facilities and entitlements paid to disengaged staff as the renovation work goes on speedily.
