Nigeria: S'court Orders Resumption of Aborishade's Trial

Abuja — The Supreme Court on Friday ordered the immediate resumption of proceedings in the trial of former Aviation Minister, Babalola Aborishade, and others over charges of forgery and corrupt enrichment.

Aborishade and others are being tried before a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, by the Federal Government on allegations that they mismanaged funds meant for the renovation of airports.
