THE courts will no longer intervene in the business of Parliament, if a constitutional amendment Bill seeking to stop such involvement is enacted by the National Assembly.
The Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill 2014, by Homa Bay Town MP Peter Kaluma, seeks to prohibit the courts from interfering with matters pending consideration or proceeding before Parliament.
