Egyptian Gets 25 Years in Prison for U.S. Embassy Bombings

One of three co-conspirators meant to stand trial for facilitating the 1998 terrorist attacks on US embassies in Africa has been found guilty. Adel Abdul Bary narrowly avoided a life sentence.

Egyptian ex-lawyer Adel Abdul Bary was sentenced to the maximum 25 years in prison on Friday for his role in the 1998 US Embassy bombings in Kenya and Tanzania.
