Uganda: Spending On Airports Not an Issue for Debate

Last week, Uganda's Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), officially launched its 20 year Aviation Master Plan.

Central to the plan are provisions for the renovation and construction of new terminals at Entebbe International Airport, Uganda's gateway. This will cost some $200 million.
