Malawi Govt to Spend Mk3 Billion in Renovating Schools Damaged By Floods

The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has revealed that an amount of about MK 3 Billion is expected to be allocated towards renovation of about 400 schools affected by heavy storm that characterized the floods in the country.

Speaking to Malawi24, Acting Publicist in the Ministry Manfred Ndovi said currently they have plans of just renovating but probably in future they will construct such schools far from disaster prone areas.
