Egypt: Eight Security Personnel and Civilian Injured in East Cairo Blast - Source

Cairo — Eight security personnel and a civilian were injured early Friday in a blast in Cairo, a source at the Interior ministry said.

The explosion was caused by a makeshift bomb targeting a security patrol in Cairo's Gesr al-Suez, state-run MENA cited the source as saying.
