Tanzania: New Policy to Check Arbitrary Fees

PRESIDENT Jakaya Kikwete has said the new education policy will regulate arbitrary setting of fees by private schools to ensure quality of education and value for money.

President Kikwete noted that from now on private schools would no longer be allowed to set random tuition fees and focus would be on quality education.
