Juba — The government of South Sudan has welcomed the decision by regional leaders and the African Union to defer release of a recent report on crimes committed during the over one-year conflict in the country, an official said on Saturday.
Ateny Wek Ateny, the spokesperson for the presidency, said unveiling the AU report will undermine the ongoing peace talks.
