By the trend of activities, Uganda Boxing Federation (UBF) could top the list of perennially broke sporting bodies in the country but delegates during its annual general assembly over the weekend dared to dream by approving Shs722 million budget for this year.
During their AGM held last Saturday at Lugogo, boxing delegates unanimously endorsed the budget presented to them by the Kenneth Gimugu-led UBF executive. The assembly also approved 11 new boxing clubs as affiliate members of UBF.
