Gambia: Suspected Homosexual's Trial - Court Subpoenaes Witnesses

Justice Simon A. Abi, of the Banjul high court has subpoenaed the witnesses in the homosexuality case involving Momar Sowe and Alieu Sarr at the proceedings yesterday, 16th February, 2015.When the case was called, Lawyers Lamin S. Camara, Combeh Gaye-Coker, and Sagarr Jahateh announced their appearance for the accused persons, while A. M Yusuf represented the state.

State counsel Yusuf intimated to the court that he had difficulty reaching his witnesses.
