Nigeria: Wuye Market Suit - Firm, Traders Know Fate March 23

The legal battle between about 700 traders and a firm, All Purpose Shelters Limited, over allocation of shops at the N6.5billion Wuye Ultra-modern Market will soon take a definite shape as Justice O. A. Musa of an Abuja High Court will on March 23, 2015 deliver judgement on the matter.

For more than a year now, about 700 traders have engaged a firm, All Purpose Shelters Limited (APSL) in a fierce legal battle over the allocation of shops at the Wuye Ultra-modern Market. The firm, APSL and the Abuja Investment and Property Development Company Limited (AIPDCL) signed an agreement to build, operate and transfer the N6.5billion Wuye Ultra-modern Market.
