Namibia: Diamond Companies Give Books to 29 Schools

Debmarine Namibia and Namdeb Diamond Corporation have donated books and learning equipment worth N$616 000 to 29 schools in nine regions.

"Debmarine Namibia and Namdeb acknowledge the importance of education as a catalyst for the country's development plans. As such we have selected the education fraternity as one of the key focus areas of our contribution to sustainable socio-economic development," said Inge Zaamwani-Kamwi, Chief Executive Officer, Namdeb Diamond Corporation.
