A coalition of organised fora within the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Taraba State has rejected the choice of Senator Joel Ikenya as ministerial nominee, saying it's a political miscalculation that could rob the party of victory at the polls.
In a protest letter signed by leaders of PDP Fans' Club, Ahmed Sani and other stakeholders which was sent to President Goaodluck Jonathan and PDP National Chairman, Alhaji Adamu Mu'azu, they said it's unfair and ill-timed for the PDP to nominate Ikenya from the same Southern Taraba that produced the PDP governorship candidate, Darius Dickson Ishiaku.
