Montserrado County District 9 Representative, Munah E. Youngblood, has underscored the need to establish Ebola Treatment Units (ETUs) at key border points as a preventive measure.
Youngblood noted that it was "troubling" for Liberia to reopen its borders in the absence of ETUs at these points as the disease is still active in neighboring Sierra Leone and Guinea, the Liberia News Agency reports.
