Kenya: British Court Jails Charity Boss for 17 Years Over Sexual Offences in Kenya

A 55-year-old British citizen was Thursday sentenced to 17 years in jail for sexual offences committed in Kenya.

Simon Harris, a former teacher and charity organiser, was convicted with eight counts of indecency and sexual assault. He was further convicted of four counts of possessing indecent images of children. Ten other charges including rape were dropped in the case against Harris.
