Cairo — Egypt's President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi will fly to Saudi Arabia on Sunday in an official visit to foster Egyptian-Saudi bilateral relations, a presidential statement said on Thursday.
The Arab summit due in Cairo next month will be on the agenda of the visit, "especially since the current situation requires ... fending off attempts to sow division between the Arab countries, and solidarity to confront the increasing dangers to which the Arab region is exposed," Presidential Spokesman Alaa Youssef said in the statement.
