Abuja — The Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) has threatened to institute legal action against state governments which had not shown commitment towards complying with the court judgment on financial autonomy for the judiciary.
The President of the union, Marwan Adamu, Thursday in Abuja said it was making consultation on how to institute garnishee proceedings against affected states.
