Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi asserted that Egypt's regional security is part and parcel of the Gulf countries' security, noting that Egyptian and Saudi relations are strategic.
Interviewed by "Al Sharq Al Awsat" newspaper out on Saturday, Sisi said "Egypt has waged a war on terrorism in Sinai and all parts of Egypt, thanks to the backing of our brethren in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the UAE and Bahrain", reiterating that it was not only financial support but also an all-out solidarity with Egypt.
