Liberia: Minister Summoned for 'Disrespecting' Senators

Youth and Sports Minister Eugene Nagbe has been summoned to appear before plenary of the Liberian Senate Tuesday, March 3, 2015.

Nagbe is summoned to show cause why he should not be held in contempt for impeding the function of the Senate. The senate's decision was triggered by a report from an ad-hoc committee recently set up to investigate whether the Youth and Sports Ministry was ready to host the County Sports Meet next month.
