President Museveni was last week in Bukomansimbi to commission the works for one of the 'longest-serving roads' in the national budget speeches.
For years, the people in greater Masaka have been promised that Villa Maria-Sembabule road would be tarmacked without that actually coming to pass. So, it is good that the work is now underway, thanks to Ugandan taxpayers and their government.
