Former Limuru MP Peter Mwathi on Saturday opened a Jubilee Alliance Party office in Kiambu town in a bid to start recruiting and receiving members from other parties to strengthen JAP in the region.
He told residents that though the party has no proper structures, it was time to recruit new members as the May 4 Kabete constituency by-election will have a candidate vying on a JAP ticket.
