Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers State, Dakuku Peterside, has pledged to continue with the monorail project initiated by Governor Chibuike Amaechi, when voted into power, adding that the project was borne out of uncommon vision.
Peterside, who described the rail project as a product of a man who saw tomorrow, commended the initiator, Chibuike Amaechi, for what he called his courage and visionary leadership.
