Luanda — The Finance minister , Armando Manuel, said Monday to members of the Parliament that the items or services not detailed in the revised General State Budget (OGE/2015) refer among others to social protection functions, including unemployment, disease, disability, family and childhood, elderly and survival.
Speaking at the session intended for the discussion of the State Budget in the specialty, precisely the social part of the document, Armando Manuel gave details, during the debate, that the "service not specified" includes, among other projects, the acquisition of bibliographic archive, building schools for disabled and special education in northern Malanje province.
