Arusha — TANZANIA Revenue Authority (TRA) has stepped strategic anti-corruption measures, which help to improve performance of the tax body and substantially increasing revenue collection.
"In fact, we have been responding to corruption threats by developing strict and practical controls," said TRA Commissioner General, Rished Bade, as he presented a paper during the on-going TRA stakeholders' workshop here, which seeks to collect ideas for the new and comprehensive TRA anti-corruption strategy and action plan.
