Mwanza — DISTRICT Councils hosting mining companies have commended the government for the arrangement that has enabled payment of service levies of 0.3 per cent of the firms' annual turnover.
Recent praises came from Biharamulo District Executive Director (DED), Mr Nassib Mmbaga, whose office has received 42.1m/- from STAMIGOLD Company as service levy.
