REGIONAL and District Education Officers Association (REDEOA) has touted the use of information and communication technology (ICT) in provision of education, pointing that the system will make students more innovative in this era of science and technology.
The Chairman of the association, Mr Juma Kaponda, noted also that the use of electronic learning (e-learning) is cheap since books and other materials can easily be obtained on the internet in soft-copy unlike existing materials in hard-copy.
