I think by now, all youth in Rwanda have heard that they need to be job creators, it has been said loud and clear for 2 -3 years. It is not that they do not understand, at least most of them, but that they do not know how to go about creating these jobs.
This is what government, schools and private sector leaders need to address as a team, the how, and then help the youth do it. I disagree that the answer is acquiring a loan from the bank; in fact it can be counterproductive to get a big loan and fail to payback.
