Botswana: Land Board Acts On Undeveloped Plots

Gaborone — A total of 67 residential and 8 industrial plots remained undeveloped for more than five years at Sepitswane area in Ramotswa, Minister of Lands and Housing has said.

However, Mr Prince Maele said in Parliament that Malete Land Board had already planned to meet the respective plot holders in May this year, and it was only after that meeting that the Land Board may institute repossession of undeveloped plots.
