Nigeria: Kogi Assembly Approves N111.2 Billion for 2015

Lokoja — The Kogi House of Assembly has approved a budget of N111.172 billion for the 2015 fiscal year as against the N110.212 billion presented to it on December 31, 2014 by the state governor, Idris Wada.

The House said it increased the figure by N10 billion in line with recommendations of its standing committee on Finance, Appropriation and Budget Monitoring. The passage followed the submission and adoption of harmonised report of various sub-committees of the House on the Appropriation Bill.
