Angola: Switzerland - Angola Defends Consensus of International Community to Achieve Peace

Geneva — Angola defends that the decisions of UN and the Security Council, in particular, in keeping international peace and security, must be based on the consensus of the entire international community so as to achieve peace and not meeting the geostrategic interests.

This statement was made on Thursday by the Permanent Representative of Angola to the UN in Geneva (Switzerland), Ambassador Apolinário Jorge Correia, under the general debate of the 28th Session of the Human Rights Council.
