Liberia: 'We Don't Want Tribal Differences' - Deputy Police Chief

Monrovia — Liberia's Deputy Police Director of Operation, Col. Abraham Kromah has condemned a recent violence in Fessibu Town, Lofa County that led to the destruction of houses and cellphone booths by angry residents. Col. Kromah has called for calm among residents as the Liberia National Police launched an investigation into the recent violence in the County.

The Deputy Police Chief assertion comes after violence erupted in the county when a woman identified as Korto Siene was reportedly strangulated to death on Wednesday, March 4, 2015, by a man identified as Abraham Sheriff, for reasons yet to be established by the Police and county authority.
