Lagos — When the Aviation Minister, Chief Osita Chidoka assumed office on July 23, 2014, not too many people believed he would create any impact in the aviation industry. But today, after close to eight months in office, he has started addressing what he thinks are wrong after wide consultations with stakeholders, operators and experts in the aviation industry.
