Zambia: Constitution Before 2016 Polls Possible - Simusamba

Opposition United Party for National Development, UPND, Deputy Secretary General Kachunga Simusamba says it is possible for Zambia to have a new constitution before the 2016 general elections.

Simusamba says there should be no cause to delay the process which the ruling party had set as their priority agenda when assuming office in 2011. He warned that alleged doom mongers like chief government spokesperson Chishimba Kambwili will not have it easy blocking the process.
