Zimbabwe: Mutasa Parly Challenge Urgent, Says Chidyausiku

CHIEF Justice Godfrey Chidyausiku has ruled as urgent an application by former Zanu PF secretary for administration Didymus Mutasa and his nephew Temba Mliswa challenging their expulsion from the National Assembly.

Mutasa served as Headlands lawmaker while Mliswa, the now former Zanu PF Mashonaland West provincial chairperson was Hurungwe West MP before the acrimonious fall-out triggered by the ruling party's divisive December 2014 congress.
