Angola: Culture Minister Hails Raul Correia Mendes' Role in Angolan Television Journalism

Luanda — The Angolan minister of Culture, Rosa Cruz e Silva, highlighted on Tuesday in Luanda the contribution of Raúl Correia Mendes to the affirmation and development of the Angolan television journalism.

In a note of condolence on the death of the journalist last Saturday in Luanda by illness, the official emphasizes that Raúl Correia Mendes "Kikas", senior staff of the Angolan Public Television (T PA - EP), leaves indelible marks in his career, such as it references his works focused on the theme of promoting and encouraging agricultural production and his contribution to the development of the Angolan cinematography.
