Malawi: Nice Asked to Train Royal Families in Conflict Management

Nkhata Bay - Nkhata Bay Multiparty Liaison Committee (MPLC) has asked National Initiative for Civic Education (NICE) to organize a conflict management training workshop for royal families in the district as a way of curbing chieftaincy wrangles that have ravaged some chieftaincies in the district.

The district has 13 Traditional Authorities but royal families to three of these chieftaincies namely; Kabunduli, Boghoyo and Mankhambira are tussling for the right heir.
