Abuja — Spokespersons of the three armed services and the Defence Headquarters (DHQ), anchored by the Director of Defence Information (DDI), Maj-Gen. Chris Olukolade, have thrown light on the liberation of Gwoza, the headquarters of Boko Haram's so called caliphate which they had renamed 'darul hikima'..

On Friday morning, Olukolade had announced that the gallant troops of the Nigerian military in a concerted and well-coordinated land and air operations retrieved Gwoza.
