Nairobi — Three cabinet secretaries and one Principal Secretary have confirmed that they have vacated their offices in the wake of the directive by the President Uhuru Kenyatta on Thursday during his State of the Nation address.
Agriculture CS Felix Koskei was the first to heed to the President's order saying his conscience was clear and he would be vindicated from the allegations which he said he was not aware of since he had not been summoned by the Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission.
